IntarView
healinghopya:
So apparently, last week had been the start of interviews for possible UPCM direct entrants, a.k.a. Intarmed, for next school year. This only means one thing: by June (which is barely four months from now) we’d be welcoming a Class 2019 here at the UPCM. And I’m from Class 2014! I’m that old! I can’t even!
I wish all the applicants the best of luck! Once you’ve been accepted and...

Short Story Number Seven Hundred and Twenty Eight
keremmermutlu:
I’m not going to pretend to be a ghost anymore. I’m going to try and fix myself and forget about you and do something nice for once. I’m not sure if I’m going crazy, but I also really like the idea of sitting in my room and drawing lots of stars all over the walls. I’ll use bright markers that glow in the dark. I’ll draw them until i get tired and then I’ll fall asleep and...

Cheesy as it sounds, I actually still do get starstruck sometimes.
Starstruck and kilig by the doctors I get to work with and learn from everyday. Not just consultants, too. Some residents also come in a league of their own. Fresh from graduation but holding their own and inspiring in their own way. Lucky us.
Some days I can’t wait for it to be 2014 already. :)

After we spent an hour and a half interviewing a patient.
Resident: Sorry I took your day ha, medyo mahaba kasi talaga yung kwento niya eh.
Me: Okay lang po, we didn't have any classes anyway. At least madami naman po learning. Mas mabuting gamit sa oras ko po.
Resident: ....Intarmed ka ba?
HAHA. Hindi lang naman iMed ang mahilig sa learning. : ))

Tomorrow is the day we sacrificed free time and laziness for. Haha. APMC MedGroove. I haven’t danced competitively since…I don’t know, Cheerdance for PE? HAHAHA. Hopefully everything goes well tomorrow. I’m excited and terrified at the same time. Also, I’m craving for that massage already. I ache all over and I keep finding little bruises hidden around my body. Haha
